UK Hotel Directors Data Scrape

I need a clean, well-organised Excel file that lists every hotel operating in the United Kingdom. For each property, capture the business name, a UK-formatted landline number (e.g. 020 1234 5678), the full name of the managing director or owner, and—most importantly—a working director-level email address.

Source material should come from reputable online directories and the hotels’ own websites; there’s no need to mine social media for this phase. Please avoid duplicates, flag any records that can’t be fully verified, and exclude entries without a genuine director email.

The spreadsheet should be structured by industry, so in this first batch everything simply falls under “Hotels”. Future batches may add other sectors, so keep the workbook adaptable—separate sheets or clear industry columns both work.

Acceptance criteria
• 90 %+ of rows include a director email
• Phone numbers in strict UK national format
• No duplicate businesses
• Excel (.xlsx) file delivered, ready for immediate upload into my CRM
