I’m looking to build a fresh, up-to-date contact list pulled directly from Google Maps. The core data I need for every business record is the email address, phone number, physical address, and the exact Google Maps URL so I can verify each lead quickly.

You can work with any reliable method—Python + BeautifulSoup/Scrapy, Google Maps API, or a custom extractor—so long as the final file is clean, de-duplicated, and easily sortable in CSV or Excel.

To keep things straightforward:
• Only include businesses that actually display an email address (no placeholders).
• Verify each phone number and address match what’s shown on the listing.
• No more than 5 % duplicates across the file; anything above that will be sent back for revision.
