Finland Rental Cottage Data Compilation

I’m building a nation-wide directory of Finnish rental cottages and want a reliable data partner to scrape, clean and deliver the information in a single, well-structured Excel file. Every entry must already appear on Google Maps with at least one review, so we know the place has actually been rented. I have two main sources in mind—Google Maps and the cottage section of Oikotie—yet I’m open to any additional public databases you can legally tap.

Scope
• Around 1,000–2,000 properties drawn from any region in Finland.
• Random ordering of the rows; no ranking by review count or price.
• Mandatory fields: property name, street address, city, website, email, phone, and accommodation type (cottage, villa, apartment, townhouse, etc.).
• Delivery format: .xlsx, clearly labelled columns, encoded in UTF-8 so Finnish characters stay intact.

Timing
A first full pass is needed by the end of this week—so your scraper and data-cleaning workflow must already be in place.

What I’m looking for in your bid
I only need to see relevant experience with web scraping, data enrichment, or similar cottage-rental datasets. No lengthy proposals—just show me you’ve done something comparable and can hit the timeline.

I’ll review early samples for consistency in Finnish spellings, duplicate handling and proper tagging of accommodation type. Once that’s green-lit, we move straight to the full export and a quick spot-check before final sign-off.
