Export Property Information from an Database

We are estate agents in Spain. Our Property listings database is held on an on-line system called Milenio. We have around 1,500 active listings and a further 1,900 that are offline and inactive as the property has either been sold or removed from the market by the owner. We wish to discontinue using Milenio but before we cancel our subscription we first and need to extract our confidential property information which would otherwise be lost. Milenio provide an XML feed of the information that is visible to the public but there is no feed for the information that is confidential, that is to say owners details, viewing history and private notes etc. The information can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet or similar, we just need to have access to it and we can then delete it from Milenio prior to cancelling the subscription. We have a library of photographs and documents for each listing so we only need the written data and it can be held in any easily accessible format such as an excel spreadsheet although as a second task we may ask for it to be input into a more user friendly database of some type but that is for later.
