Use data scraping automation, scrape a list of Estate Agents (approx 15-20k listings)

Name, Address, number of properties to rent/for sale (CANT SCRAPE PHONE NUMEBR FROM PROPERTY PORTAL AS IT IS A MASKED NUMBER)

Then a lookup for their website address and their phone number from the website

Remove duplicates

For efficient coverage, I'd use a grid pattern with centers roughly 70 miles apart (allowing 10 miles of overlap between adjacent circles to ensure no gaps).
North to South coverage: ~4-5 rows needed
East to West coverage: ~4-5 columns needed

Northern tier:

Newcastle, Carlisle, Middlesbrough, Kingston upon Hull

Upper-middle tier:

Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Lincoln

Middle tier:
