Email List Scraping & Segmentation

I have a master email list sitting in Google Sheets that needs a thorough sweep before I launch our next marketing push. I’ll share the sheet; from there I want you to scrape any additional publicly available data you judge helpful, then cleanse and segment the addresses so the final list is ready to plug straight into our campaign platform.

Here’s what matters to me:

• Filter by domain name so I can isolate business versus free-mail accounts.
• Tag addresses by recent email activity (opens, clicks or any engagement markers you can retrieve or infer).
• Separate contacts by geographic location down to country and, where possible, state or region.

Keep everything in Google Sheets—no offline copies that fall out of sync. When you hand the file back, each contact should clearly show its domain tag, engagement status and location column, plus a separate tab for any addresses you remove with a brief note on why they were dropped (hard bounce, missing data, etc.).

I’m open to you using Python, App Script, Power Query, or whatever stack you prefer, as long as the process is reproducible. Share the code or script you build so I can rerun it on future lists.

Deliverable is the cleaned, fully segmented Google Sheets file along with the reusable script and a short “how-to” note.
