Develop a linkedin data scraper

Looking for someone who can develop an executable/tool where you execute an executable to go to linkedin and place a search in linkedin on jobs (i.e. Word combination search, location, x days outstanding etc = linkedin filters) and where you go to all pages put the header/title and company in an excel file after that to go one by one through the companies and search in linkedin the responsible person (i.e. Apple = company, and title CFO), copy the linkedin profile url in the excel file).
