Data-Scrapping Decision-Makers from Travel Agencies
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi — we’re hiring experienced web researchers / data-scrapers to gather 1,000 verified contacts of decision-makers at travel agencies (CEOs, Owners, Managing Directors, Partners, General Managers). Each freelancer should deliver accurate, clean, and well-sourced data.
Scope & target
Total records: 1,000 contacts
Per country: 50 contacts from each of 20 countries (we’ll supply the final country list; example list below).
Target roles: CEO / Owner / Managing Director / Partner / Founder / General Manager — decision makers only.
Required fields (per record):
Company name (travel agency) — exact spelling.
First name, Last name (decision maker).
Job title (as shown).
Email address (business email preferred).
LinkedIn profile URL or another social profile (company Facebook/Instagram/Twitter) — at least one social link required.
Country.
City (if available).
Source URL(s) where each data item was found (must include link to profile / company page).
Phone number — optional (if publicly available).
Notes (e.g., confirmation method, verification timestamp).
Deliverable format: CSV and Google Sheet (same content). Use UTF-8 encoding.
Example 20-country list (we’ll confirm final list)
Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa.
Who should apply
Freelancers with proven experience in Linkedin research, web scraping, lead generation, or B2B list building.
Able to use manual search + browser automation tools responsibly (no breach of platform ToS).
Attention to detail, excellent English (for recording titles/notes), and ability to follow strict data quality rules.
Requirements & instructions for researchers
Verification: For each email, include the source URL where email appears. If email is inferred (patterned), mark it as “inferred” and include the pattern source and confidence level (low/medium/high). Do not submit guessed emails as verified.
LinkedIn: Prefer direct LinkedIn profile links. If profile is private, include the public company page link and a screenshot or note explaining how you confirmed role.
De-duplication: No duplicate company + person pairs. If a person appears multiple times, keep the best record and cite all sources.
Formatting rules:
Use separate columns for first/last name.
Job title should be verbatim (don’t normalize to “CEO” unless that’s exactly the title).
Country must match the supplied country list (use full country name).
Quality checks: Random sample QA — we will check at least 5% of records per country. Records that fail verification will be rejected and removed from payment.
Delivery: Submit CSV + Google Sheet with an index tab showing counts per country and an issues/notes tab.
