Create mailinglist with teacher e-mails

I am looking for a mailinglist with up to date e-mailadresss of teachers. I want e-mails from teachers from the Northern America (USA + Canada) and Europe (countries like Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Portugal, UK).

I don't know where to start so it's up to you to search these e-mailadresses.
