Convert data to json and figure out fields using Kotlin

I am looking for a developer who can convert custom format text files to JSON using Kotlin.

Requirements:
- The developer should have expertise in working with Kotlin.
- The data needs to be converted to JSON based on the client's idea of the fields.
- The developer should be able to figure out the fields and structure the JSON accordingly.

Skills and experience needed:
- Expertise in Kotlin programming language.
- Experience in working with JSON data.
- Ability to understand the client's idea of the fields and structure the JSON accordingly.

The fields I need are:
Date, Sunsise time, Sunset time.
hour, Wind direction + degrees, Wind Speed, Wind Gust Speed, temperature, rain amount in mm, weather ( cloudy, rain, sunny etc..), cloud %, Pressure

You need to look at the javascript that parses the data, I need a Kotlin version and result in JSON.
