I need a clean, accurate spreadsheet of sales and marketing contact emails pulled solely from a publicly listed UK-based website that profiles companies in the construction sector. My focus is on local contractors rather than the big national firms or general suppliers, so please ignore any records that fall outside that segment.

What I expect from you

Acceptance criteria
