Compile 100K South African Exec Leads

I need a clean, well-structured database covering roughly 100 000 South African company websites and their top decision-makers. For every record I must have the CEO or another senior executive’s full name and job title; phone, email or LinkedIn links are welcome extras if you can gather them, but the two core fields are non-negotiable.

The data can come from any reliable mix of web scraping, business directories or manual research, provided it is current and verifiable. I am happy to accept CSV or Excel, clearly separated into company URL, executive name, and title. I will run spot-checks for accuracy and duplicate detection, so aim for minimal repetition and up-to-date titles.
