Business Directory Contact Scrape

I need a clean, one-time extraction of contact information from a publicly accessible business directory. (Roughly 500 contacts) For every listing, capture the contact name, mobile number, and email address, and place them into a well-structured Excel workbook.

Please make sure the scrape respects the site’s robots.txt rules and implements reasonable request delays so the host server is not overloaded. Duplicate entries should be removed, obvious formatting issues corrected (e.g., errant spaces or line breaks in phone numbers), and email addresses validated with a quick syntax check.

Deliverables
• An .xlsx file containing separate columns for Company (if visible), Contact Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and the listing’s Source URL
• A short note on the scraping approach and any limitations you encountered

The job is complete once the file opens without errors and I can filter, sort, and copy data normally in Excel.
