Title: Data Provider Needed – U.S. Building Permit Data (CSV/API + Phone Enrichment)
Description:
We need someone who can reliably pull and deliver U.S. building permit data for residential and multifamily projects. Our priority is Texas and the Southeast (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida), with the ability to expand nationwide.
This is not a one-time scrape—we want a steady feed of structured data we can use for lead generation.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to source permit data directly from county/municipal portals (API, scraping, or other methods).
Deliver weekly CSV or API drops.
Normalize, deduplicate, and consolidate project-level records.
Tag permits into buckets:
Pending 90–180 days (primary backlog)
Pending 180–365 days (secondary backlog)
Recently issued ≤90 days (benchmark group)
Add phone enrichment where possible (owner phone, source, confidence score).
Requirements:
Previous experience pulling U.S. permit data at scale.
Comfortable setting up a consistent pipeline that meets QA standards.
Knowledge of data enrichment best practices.
Can deliver a sample pilot so we can validate quality.
Compensation:
Pay per record (with or without phone enrichment). Starting with a few thousand records/week and scaling to tens of thousands/month. Please include your pricing approach and scaling model in your proposal.
