My goal is to build a complete and reliable Excel list of small car garages in Belgium (focus on small, independent garages — not large dealerships).
Context (important):
I am building a network where I act as an intermediary between garages.
When a garage wants to sell a car but cannot find a buyer, I step in and connect them with a buyer, charging a commission.
