Automate Apollo Lead Enrichment

I already have a spreadsheet of companies and I need a repeatable workflow that turns each row into a verified marketing-level contact. The end result for every company should be one decision maker—ideally the Marketing Director—with their direct email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile.

I plan to lean on Apollo as the main extraction tool, but I also maintain paid access to Phantom Buster and Snovio, so feel free to weave them in where they make the process cleaner or fills any data gaps. What I’m after is a clear, end-to-end system I can run myself:

• You set up the scrapes, enrichment steps, and validation filters.
• You walk me through the logic (screen-share or concise SOP is fine).
• We run an initial batch together so I can see the workflow in action and confirm that every company returns one complete, accurate contact record.

Accuracy and deliverability are more important than speed, so please include whatever verification passes you normally rely on before a contact is marked “done.” If this first sprint works well I will have larger lists to push through the same pipeline.
