AliExpress Women's Wear Data Scraping
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
1) Project Overview
I need a freelancer to scrape 12,000 AliExpress women’s wear products and deliver a clean, deduplicated, non-branded dataset in Shopify upload format (including all product images and variant data like sizes/colors).
Important: I already had to close this project two times because people did not follow the rules below. If you can’t follow strict instructions, please don’t apply.
2) Mandatory Scraping Rules (Must Follow Exactly)
For every subcategory you must do ALL of the following:
Sort by Orders sort (Higher Sold to Less Sold)
Collect ONLY the first 3 pages (AliExpress shows 60 products per page)
Max per subcategory is 180 products (60 × 3)
If the first 3 pages contain less than the required count, you must report the exact count collected for that subcategory
Do not scrape page 4+ under any situation
I will cross-check results. Any data pulled from page 4+ will be rejected.
3) Product Categories and Counts (Total 12,000)
I will provide the full list of subcategories + required counts (fixed per subcategory).
You must follow the exact structure and counts.
4) Non-Branded Requirement (Strict)
Only non-branded products. Exclude anything with:
Famous brand names in title or description
Replica keywords like “inspired by” “1:1” “copy” “replica”
Visible logos or strong branding in images (when obvious)
If unsure, exclude it.
5) Required Data Fields (Per Product)
I need a Shopify upload style dataset, including:
Product basics
Product title
Product description (clean HTML or clean text)
Category / subcategory mapping
Product URL
Store name / seller name (if available)
Price + currency
Shipping cost + delivery estimate (if available)
Orders count / sold count (the key ranking metric)
Rating + review count (if available)
Variants (important)
All available sizes
Colors (if available)
Variant-specific price (if different)
Variant availability / stock status (if available)
Images (very important)
All product images (full image URLs)
Variant image mapping if possible (color-to-image)
Main image + additional images separated properly for Shopify import
Shopify-friendly columns (example style)
Handle, Title, Body (HTML), Vendor, Type, Tags, Option1 Name/Value, Option2 Name/Value, Variant Price, Variant Inventory, Image Src (multiple), Image Position, Variant Image, etc.
6) Deliverables
You must deliver:
Clean, deduplicated dataset (CSV/Excel) in Shopify import format
A separate report showing for each subcategory:
required count
collected count
reason if short (example not enough items within first 3 pages)
Upload to my website / Shopify (I will provide access after hiring)
Source code or script used (preferred, so I can re-run later)
7) How You Must Apply
To be considered, include:
Your scraping method (Python / Scrapy / Playwright / Selenium / other)
How you will enforce Orders sort + first 3 pages only for every subcategory
How you will filter non-branded items
A small sample output (10–20 rows) in your exact column format (CSV screenshot or file)
Confirm you understand: no page 4+ and report short counts honestly
Applications without a sample file will be ignored.
