I’m preparing an MBA capstone on TrafficSense.AI, a real-time, AI-driven traffic-flow optimisation and safety-management platform. The study zeroes in on one performance goal—shortening overall travel times—while still embedding a critical safety layer through accident detection and instant alerting.

Here’s where I need an experienced hand:

• Shape a clear problem statement and literature review around AI-powered congestion relief measured by reduced journey time.
• Map an end-to-end data strategy that leans on live sensors and cameras (no GPS or historical feeds for now), defining collection, preprocessing, and real-time inference pipelines.
• Outline or prototype the core optimisation model—appropriate algorithms, training approach, and KPIs showing both efficiency gains and accident-alert responsiveness.
• Translate the technical narrative into an MBA-ready business case: cost–benefit analysis, scalability path, risk profile, and implementation roadmap.
