AI + Optimization Developer Needed for Research Project (Machine Learning + Metaheuristics)

I need an experienced Python developer who can work on a Master’s AI thesis project. The work involves Machine Learning and Optimization Algorithms.
No aviation knowledge is required.

Tasks:
• Preprocess and analyze traffic data
• Build ML models (regression + clustering)
• Implement optimization/metaheuristic algorithms (GA, SA, VNS, PSO, etc.)
• Compare results before/after optimization
• Provide documented Python code + visualizations

Skills Required:
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Metaheuristics or OR (GA, SA, Tabu, VNS, PSO, OR-Tools, Pyomo)
• Clustering algorithms
• Data visualization

Deliverables:
• Jupyter notebooks / Python scripts
• Algorithm results and figures for thesis
