JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and competent Online instructor in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. This is a part time role and is open to all Data Professionals who don’t mind having an extra source of income.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Qualified Instructors for this role will be charged with the responsibility of coming up with their course content, which of course is subject to approval by the Head of Curriculum. The training time, days, number of cohorts to handle are all decided by the instructors.
Classes to be handled by instructors are Live Classes and could be either Cohort based or One-on One. Instructors are expected to be efficient and thorough in order to deliver quality content to the students.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating Course Content.
• Setting Classes and timetable
• Coming up with assessments and providing clear instructions for class activities
• Coordinating assignments and grades
ABOUT YOU
• You must be experienced in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and proficient in tools such as, Python, SPSS, Power BI, R, Tableau, STATA, E-View, Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• You must be proficient in English Language
• You must have a flair for teaching
• Instructors applying to teach on the platform must have the following training equipment;
i. Broadband Internet at 26Mbps
ii. HD Webcam
iii. Digital Writing Pad
iv. External Microphone
v. External Headset/Earpiece
