NLP-Driven Digital Assistant & Healthcare Optimizer

I need a developer who can create and implement a Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) powered digital assistant. This digital assistant will have full access to our company data lake and will be trained to leverage standard question and answer processes and protocols. The primary functionalities of this assistant will be answering healthcare-related queries and providing insights based on data lake analysis.

The digital assistant should primarily access anonymized health insurance claims from our data lake. This project presents an exciting opportunity to drive utilization of the Pivotal platform and stimulate sales growth, not just in our current markets, but also in new markets where healthcare insights could be invaluable but where there is a lack of healthcare expertise.

In addition to the digital assistant, I also require an AI-powered optimization framework. This framework will identify, scope, and quantify healthcare location optimization opportunities with 90% accuracy. The goal is to support resource allocation, network development, and decision-making for healthcare organizations (HCOs) across the country. This module will model patient preferences and behaviors and use location-based operating data to assess capacity misalignments that create significant barriers to care access and contribute to cost-of-care inflation.

Key criteria for the AI optimization framework should focus on improving patient access and enhancing resource allocation.

Ideal skills for this job include strong expertise in NLP and LLM, experience in developing digital assistants, and a solid understanding of healthcare data analysis.
