Machine learning Multi-layer perceptron with Pytorch

I need the implementation of MLP using Pytorch to predict energy prices and carbon dioxide emissions in the mid term. I will need the datasets based on opendata (I will provide a few excel / cvs files), but at least 5 additional input features must be added (always from opendata).
