Machine Learning Project – Sales Forecasting Model & Dashboard using Python

We are looking for a skilled ML developer to build a time-series or regression-based sales forecasting tool using historical CSV data (e.g., daily or monthly sales per product or store). This model should predict future sales and visualize them in a simple dashboard.
Ideal for freelancers with experience in forecasting and Python ML libraries.
Key Deliverables:
Data Preprocessing:
Handle missing values, outliers
Time conversion and sorting
Feature engineering (e.g., day of week, holidays)
Modeling:
Use models like ARIMA, Prophet, or XGBoost
Train/test split and model evaluation (MAE, RMSE)
Dashboard & Visuals:
Interactive chart comparing actual vs predicted sales
Filters by date range, product, or store
Display of future predictions (e.g., next 30 days)
Documentation:
Python scripts or Jupyter Notebook
