To establish a system whereby safety stock and re order levels are automatically updated with machine learning and customer demands are automatically predicted hence assisting in production and inventory planning through the use of Artificial intelligence and machine learning leading to automation in inventory control and management.
We would like to have a system/application where it gets required data from existing ERP system. We will provide the APIs to get necessary data from ERP. System should calculate inventory product reorder level and safety stock based on production cycles, customer demands and supplier delivery lead time.
Artificial intelligence should be able to determine the levels at which certain materials should be stocked in order to avoid shortfall of supply to customers and too effectively match unexpected rises in customer demands.
