Industrial Data Science Mentor for Intermediate Student

Im looking for an experienced data scientist to explain atleast 4 real industrial projects to me. Should explain everything related to the project. You dont need to share the codes. but where from the data collected, how processed it, what are the different steps of the process, how many team members were there, how teams collaborate , what is the duration, what are the daily activities of that project etc etc. Im not looking academic projects. I need ONLY Industrial projects only
