Incorporating AI into QuickFMS's product.

QuickFMS is facility management cloud-based product, we have multiple modules to help admin and employee of any kind of organizations and any type of verticals, like BFSI, Retail, IT, Infrastructure etc..you can visit our website to know more about the product. Technically, Microsoft Dot Net and SQL based software build by our own team, we would like to integrate AI in multiple modules like Helpdesk, which helps employee to log the ticket and track to closure with SLA’s, Checklist to track any kind of operations, performance, health of the branches, assets, Advance seat booking and hotdesking modules etc.

So how do we integrate, which all possible options we have, have you already implemented any where if yes, please share some insights on it, samples, videos etc.
