Identify data pattern - stock chart pattern - Time series prediction

I want to develop a ML model to identify a certain triangle consolidation chart pattern. This is a stock price pattern that shows how the price consolidates with time i.e. it has a tighter and tighter range (high to low) until it gets very tight on the right-hand side and then at one point we have a breakout to the upside or the downside. The breakout usually happens before the endpoint of the chart pattern. I want to develop a model that will recognize such a pattern as it develops with time.
