IOT Energy Consumption using Blockchain - Consultation

Consultation required as I would like to build an architecture for IOT based energy consumption project using blockchain technology, which we need to analyze using Data Science Models. I just need an expert who has done implemented these projects so he can give me direction to implement Technology Stack
