Help with my Shiny app mapping census data

I have a census data rubble containing variables such as as age group, sex, year and then the value for these. I need to plot a chloroplasts map based on shapefile which I retrieve from harm.org for Ireland. I have basic code done for importing file and tidying data table. I can walk you through what I have done. I need now to plot a map based on user input :) I am not sure if it is simple or very small but this can be discussed although it should be straightforward
