Experienced Data Scientist - AI/ML Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a focus on large language models to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the field of artificial intelligence, with a strong emphasis on working with large language models.
Responsibilities:
• Work with diverse datasets both structured as well as unstructured
• Ensure data quality and implement data augmentation techniques to enhance model generalization.
• Design, develop, and train large language models to meet specific project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Evaluate and fine-tune existing language models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement optimization strategies to enhance the capabilities of language models in real-world applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to AI and language models.
• Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to address challenges and improve model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Share knowledge with the team through training sessions and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• 3 years’ experience working on AI/ML Models. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in developing and implementing large language models. Experience in financial domain is desirable.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
