We’re hiring an experienced IT/Tech Recruiter (minimum 3 years proven experience) to work with consultancy brokers in Sweden.
This is a fast-paced, full-time, performance-based role — perfect for someone who wants to earn real money by being fast, precise, and consistent.
The Role
You’ll source and qualify top consultants within high-demand tech fields such as:
Cyber Security Engineers
Machine Learning Engineers
Data Engineers
Data Scientists
Cloud Architects, DevOps, Full-Stack Developers, and more.
You’ll handle incoming requests from multiple Swedish consultancy brokers — often roles that open and close the same day.
Your job is to spot talent fast, qualify them, and submit sharp, clean profiles before competitors do.
Speed and accuracy will define your income.
You’ll work in CET (Central European Time) — same hours as Sweden.
If you can’t match that time zone or maintain reliable communication, don’t apply.
Who you are
3+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment or consultant sourcing.
Skilled at LinkedIn sourcing and tech candidate communication.
Confident in English
Self-driven, structured, and delivery-focused — no babysitting.
You must have your own laptop, strong internet, and full setup with linkedin recruiter
