I’m looking for a reliable assistant to take the entire application process for Technology roles off my plate—specifically Software Developer and Data Scientist positions. Here’s what I need:
• Identify suitable openings, tailor each résumé / cover-letter variant, and submit the applications on my behalf.
• Track every deadline, interview date, and follow-up task in a shared Google Sheet (or Airtable if you prefer) so I always see real-time status.
• Manage all related email traffic in my dedicated job-search inbox: flag important messages, draft timely replies for my approval, and automatically forward anything that needs my immediate input.
• Provide a concise weekly report summarising applications sent, responses received, and upcoming milestones.
Acceptance criteria
– Applications are logged the same day they’re submitted, with link, date, and contact recorded.
– Every recruiter or HR email is forwarded within 24 hours.
– Status tracker is 100 % up to date before the weekly report is sent.
