Transfer of a well-controllable production of L-lysine (or Valin) and peptides with C. glutamicum from laboratory scale to a medium pilot scale - optimization using AI-assisted, model-based methods. Preparation for a transfer to production scale.
Some data is available, some have to be found through opensource databases.
this is really time-critical, a solution by the beginning of september would be best.
I would be very grateful if you could help me to find someone who is fit in the software area as well as in the biology area!
