Duplicate Invoice Detection

I am looking to build ML code which detects the duplicate invoices in system and share reports for users to view for my MTech Project.
File will have 10 -20 columns. Key ( vendor I'd, invoice id, invoice date, invoice amount, invoice desc etc). Kindly review and suggest which models u plan to use for this. The historic data will be in table. Daily file data will be checked against the history and predict.
