Data scientist only small project -- 3
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need model for output variable based on my dataset in Python pandas.DateFrame. This is small data < 10000 rows and ~ 20 cols.
Must be done in python, notebook preferred. Very good data scientist skills required. More focus on this than model score. If not, pls don't apply.

Pls only apply if you can do the following within three days within the budget of 100 USD:
I need proof of 1-3 done within 24 hours or else cancel without pay.
1) as in https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0020025521004114 using the code for this: https://github.com/ClarkDinh/k-CMM
2) adapt this (if needed) for a sample dataframe with categorical and continuous data with subset of NaNs in either category
3) estimate the NaNs per 1)
4) for each of the clusters calibrate tensorflow DNN
5) New input values shall then be using the nearest mean's DNN. Implement this function
6) For deploy pls guide me on Teamwiever how to deploy onto AWS.
