Data Scientist - take description and compare to a DB with over 90,000 descriptions

1) Client enters Description (Developer for UI already on job)
2) System compares the text to a DB with over 90,000 description and returning the top 4 similar descriptions.
3) A percentage of similarity of the description is also returned
4) Also return the title of the description and the ISBN which are also in the DB
