Data Scientist Assistant-Internship

I am looking for a Data Science Assistant for a minimum 3-month project.
I need to build a Machine Learning Course for an Italian Company for training based on a specific Data Set
The syllabus of the course is attached.
It's definitely a great opportunity to build a strong portfolio evaluating multiple topics and consolidate different ML techniques.
At the beginning of the week, we will plan goal and objective and evaluate them through daily stand-up meeting.
Hours: 08:30-17 (1h break).
After the first 3 months there is the opportunity for a follow-up building a forecasting model applied to summer touristic demand.

First 3 months
I have a dataset of 5000 records on fault code collected from several repair shop/garage.
Basically, you have some input variable (car/model/fault code) and some output (solved through x1,x,2 procedure)
I need to build several exercises on that that can cover the practical aspect of the following arguments:
- Introduction to Pandas for Data Analysis and Data Science
- EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) e Missing Values Analys
- Regex (Regular Expression) How to clean and manipulate strings
- Clustering Algoritm with scikit-learn KMeans and DBScan
- How to apply to the dataset, classify the data based on some variables (fault code/model/season)
- Conditional Probability and Bayes Theorem
- Text Classification
- Prediction Algorithm
- Decision Tree
- Random Forest
- How to apply to the dataset (Fault Symptoms-> Solution)
- Forcasting with Prophet, how to forecast fault rate through the year with Facebook Prophet Library
What am I looking for?
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative sciences. A Master's degree will be looked on favourably
- Basic knowledge on how to build machine learning models with scikitlearn
- Good Python knowledge with his associated libraries (Pandas, Numpyb, Scikit-learn)
-Google Colab Knowledge
- A solid understanding of key statistical concepts
- Curiosity for conducting research and analysis on large data sets and providing rigorous interpretations of the results
- Curiosity to model complex problems mathematically and/or computationally
Nice to have:
- Basic application of Facebook Prophet Library
- Git Hub Portfolio
