Data Analyst/Data Scientist Needed for Real Estate Project

I am looking for a data analyst/scientist to help me identify trends, locations and figure out what numbers to project to my site for real estate figures. I would really prefer someone that knows real estate, so that they can understand what numbers we need to identify. We have MY SQL databases of rental numbers and we need to dig deeper into those.
