I am searching for a skilled data specialist to develop perceptive visualizations from specific data output tables. These visualizations should provide insights into diversity, equity, and inclusion developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating an impactful visualization of promotion rates, recruitment, retention, and advancement in our organization.
- Illustrating the demographics of job applicants, turnover rates among employees, career progression and any post-hoc trends.
- Creating visualizing for Post Hoc analysis and Tukey, and an Applicant flow analysis for a comprehensive understanding of the patterns in our organization.
The ideal candidate should bring advanced proficiency in PowerBI and Excel. A background in diversity, equity, inclusion is highly valued, as is prior experience with the specific visualizations requested. Above all, the ability to translate raw data into clear, understandable, and actionable visualisations is essential.
