Can you do this R programming project? Tell me when can you start and finish and how much you will charge. The files I have attached the IA3_template.Rmd or questions 2 screenshots questions.jpeg where has the 7 questions to be answered and data file "IA_data.csv" file. The answers and codes should be written in the given brackets (within the ‘’’ {r} and ‘’’ codes). Also, feel free to load new packages under the line “library(fpp)” whenever necessary I want you to complete 7 questions.
