I need an AI model to process call transcripts from a CSV file and output insights in CSV format.
Requirements:
1. Total duration of call.
2. Total number of calls received by the same ID.
3. Using transformers to analyze transcripts:
- Identify who called and who attended the call.
- Extract pain points discussed.
- Note any company products mentioned.
- Overall sentiment of the call.
- Unique client ID if discussed.
4. Line chart of sentiment per unique ID over the last 6 months.
Data needed: Call data from the last 6 months.
