Hiring: Job Application Assistant – Data & AI Leadership Roles

I’m looking for a reliable individual who can assist me with job searching and submitting tailored applications for leadership roles in:

Data Engineering

Data Science & Analytics

Artificial Intelligence / LLMs

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify relevant leadership opportunities across LinkedIn, Indeed, company websites, and job portals

Customise and submit applications (resume + cover letter) for approved roles

Maintain a simple tracker of all applications, dates, and outcomes

Coordinate with me regularly for updates and role alignment

Requirements:

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Strong understanding of tech roles, particularly in data, cloud, and AI domains

Prior experience handling job applications, LinkedIn outreach, or executive job searches

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Engagement: Part-time / flexible hours
Location: Remote
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and volume of work
