Analyse the UK hospitality landscape and identify the top opportunities for launching new restaurants

I have data on all of the current restaurants in the UK, and would like to identify where there are gaps, where the largest opportunities lie to create new restaurants. I would like, by postcode to understand what is currently offered, and when existing restaurants are compared with government income data etc - identify where customers are underserved with food, especially food for delivery.

The end result will need to be a file, showing by postcode what cuisines are missing, which cuisines are 'over-represented' and ideally some guidance on menu item pricing and variance by area.
