Air Quality Index Data Analysis in R

I'm looking for a data analyst who can work with an Air Quality Index dataset in R. The project involves exploratory data analysis, seasonal and monthly variations, identifying key pollutants, comparing cities, and performing various regression analyses.

Key Requirements:
- Provide R codes, outputs, and graphs
- Prepare a professional report with detailed insights and policy intervention suggestions

The analysis should cover:
- Seasonal variations during the different seasons
- Contribution of Ozone (O3) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) to AQI, any other if relevant
- Predictive modelling using Simple and Multiple regression, and Logistic regression

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in data analysis and R programming
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in environmental data analysis preferred
