Recover Deleted WhatsApp Messages

All of my WhatsApp conversations—both personal and group—were accidentally wiped from my Android handset, and I never enabled either Google Drive or local backups. The phone is still in my possession and fully functional; I simply need every deleted message, media file, timestamp, and attachment brought back in a readable format or restored directly into WhatsApp.
I’m aware this requires deep-level Android and WhatsApp data extraction, so experience with mobile forensics tools such as Cellebrite, Magnet, or equivalent ADB-based solutions is essential. Root access can be granted if necessary. Please outline:
• the technique you intend to use (logical vs. physical acquisition, encrypted database decryption, etc.)
• expected recovery success rate for chats with no prior backup
• turnaround time and any device prerequisites
• how you will keep the data secure and confidential during the process
Deliverables
1. Complete set of recovered chats (texts, images, audio, video) organised by conversation.
2. A brief report summarising the recovery steps for my records.
