I need an experienced specialist to complete a full-scale email migration for a small team: a total of 11–50 individual mailboxes. Each account must be transferred with all existing messages, folders, attachments, contacts and, where available, calendars intact. Downtime has to be kept to an absolute minimum, and users should come back online with the exact same folder structure and login credentials.
You will be responsible for:
• Planning the cut-over and outlining any preparatory steps I should take
• Executing the migration securely, respecting privacy and data-protection best practices
• Verifying post-migration integrity for every account and providing a summary report
