Microsoft DLP Implementation Specialist

I need an expert to implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) using Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security, integrated with Microsoft Office 365. The project involves creating and enforcing policies to secure sensitive information.
Key Requirements:
- Protect sensitive information in emails
- Monitor and control data shared via cloud services
- Prevent data leaks via USB and external devices
- Restrict access to school email and files on personal mobile devices
- Prevent sharing files and attachments on WhatsApp and other social media apps
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security
- Strong experience with DLP policies in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of similar implementations
- Ability to provide documentation and training for end-users
1. External Device Restrictions
• Block File Transfers to USB Drives: Employees should not be able to copy any files to USB drives, external hard drives and Bluetooth. Apart from preregistered USB drives.
• Prevent Printing Documents: Restrict printing documents to unauthorized printers.
• Disable File Transfers to Cloud Storage: Block transfers to personal cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud.
2. Email-Based DLP Controls
• Block Personal Emails: Prevent access to personal email @gmail.com or @yahoo.com etc.
• Prevent Forwarding of Sensitive Emails: Block employees from forwarding email tagged as “confidential” outside the organization.
