I need a reliable partner to run pre-hire employment history checks on candidates we are considering for our existing business in Germany. Each assignment will involve confirming the accuracy of a candidate’s stated work dates, job titles, and, when possible, the reason for leaving with their previous employers.
You will be expected to:
• Contact past German employers directly (phone or email).
• Validate start and end dates, job title, and employment status.
• Produce a concise written report, in English, that cites sources and includes any discrepancies you uncover.
Because the data you will handle is sensitive, your methods must comply with German labor regulations and GDPR. Fluency in German and professional communication skills are essential; familiarity with local privacy requirements is a strong plus.
