Role Description

Type: subcontract / collaborator

Location: preferably based in London or elsewhere in the UK, remote/flexible

Primary objective: assist individual clients facing digital incidents or personal data breaches.

Main responsibilities:

Manage individual cases: hacked accounts, exposed data, DSRs, data removal requests

Collect relevant information from clients

Prepare and present an operational action plan for each case

Assist with or execute steps of the plan under the supervision of the consultant (JDP)

Document all actions following GDPR-compliant workflows

Communicate professionally and calmly with clients

All cases are supervised by the consultant / JDP

Qualifications

Experience in digital incident response, trust & safety, or account recovery support

Strong client communication skills (calm under pressure)

Understanding of GDPR and data subject rights

Ability to follow structured processes and case workflows

High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving

Experience handling sensitive or urgent cases

Bonus: experience in cybersecurity support, privacy operations, or online safety

Compensation / Pay Rate

Hourly rate: £20 per hour

Paid per hour spent on client cases, including consultations, plan preparation, and case execution under supervision.
