survey analysis

Online survey that consist of 2 matrixes. Each matrix has 10 rows and 29 columns. The value of each cell correspond to a qualitative valuation ranging from 0 - 5. There are ~17 respondents. Each respondent has a excel sheet with two matrixes.
I need to analyze the data, normalize values and create figures summarizing the average results from matrixes.
